$200 down payment required to reserve a boat. Balance is due in full 1 day before the rental date.

ALL rental units MUST be operated by a person WITH prior boating experience, who also meets one of the boater education requirements.
If no one in your party has boating experience you will need to hire a captain.
MUST be 18 or over to rent a boat.
According to Texas Law, A boater’s education certificate is required to operate a watercraft if you were born on or after September 1, 1993.
If you were born before September 1, 1993, no certificate is required. Click here to see a list of certified online boater education providers.
*Rental Boats start with a full tank of gas. Fuel is pre paid based on the average usage amount, type of boat you rent and duration of the rental, up to one tank Max. Additional fuel, if needed during the rental period, will be the renter's responsibility. A full tank will typically last all day.
Rental Boats are equipped with Life jackets, safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguisher, throw cushion, etc.), 2 dock lines, 2 fenders and 1 anchor at no additional charge. Renter is responsible for returning equipment in good condition and will be charged accordingly for lost or damaged equipment.

- TAX is NOT included in the above price list.
- Boats are launched from Patterson PK Marina (DOCK A).
- Must be 18 or over and possess a valid drivers license to rent a boat.
- The boat driver must have prior hands-on boating experience.
- A boater’s education certificate is required to operate a watercraft if your were born on or after September 1, 1993.
- Renters must sign digital or paper waivers prior to taking delivery of rental boat/watercraft.
- Renters assume responsibility for any and all damages incurred during rental period and will be charged appropriately.
- Life jackets and safety equipment are provided with the cost of the rental.
- Boats start with a full tank of gas.
- Fuel is pre paid based on the average usage amount, type of boat you rent and duration of the rental, up to one tank Max.
- Additional fuel, if needed during the rental period, will be the renter's responsibility
- Marina gas is more expensive because of ethanol-free and more extensive EPA precautions. Please budget accordingly.
- Late fees may be added if boats are not returned on time.
- Please return boat in clean condition and dispose of trash when unloading. A clean-up fee will be assessed if deemed necessary.
- A limited number of water toys are available on a first come/first served basis.
- Availability of all rentals are subject to favorable weather and no excessive debris in the water and at the discretion of Naylor by the Water employees.
- Reservations are recommended for weekends and holidays.
- Prices listed are per boat/watercraft.
- Prices subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
REFUND POLICY
The minimum down payment is $200 (plus applicable taxes & fees) required to reserve a boat rental. Down payments to secure boat reservations are non refundable with the exception of cancellations by Naylor by the Water, at our sole discretion, for events such as dangerous weather, equipment breakdown, accidental overbooking by us or our online partners, or other reasons deemed necessary by us. Down payments will not be refunded due to cancellation by the renter for any reason.
If Naylor by the Water, at its sole discretion, decides not to send any boats out on your rental date/time due to safety concerns you will be eligible to reschedule or receive a full refund.
For example: If there is 100% chance of thunderstorms in the forecast and its lightening in the distance with large thunder clouds approaching, we would not want our boats on the water and would offer you a chance to reschedule or a full refund.
In contrast, if the forecast was showing a 50% chance of storms but the sky is clear and other boaters are going out, you would not be eligible for a weather related refund.
We boat rain or shine, so light rain or too hot/cold is not a valid reason to claim a weather refund.
In addition, if you have paid in full and do not show up for your rental there will be no refunds for NO-SHOWS.
If you have paid in full you must cancel at least 72 Hours prior to your scheduled rental to receive a partial refund (full amount paid less the non refundable down payment amount)
Please make sure you intend to show up for your rental before you reserve a boat and make a down payment.
